Community Cold Plunge

We're redefining what it means to "chill" out with our pals, and you're invited! Join us to explore the power of the cold through an immersive, 1:1 guided cold plunge experience in one of our outdoor tubs. Our Community Cold Plunge events are a casual, fully supported drop-in experience. Read below to learn more about what to expect, bring + how it all works!

Get your ticket online and then stop by any time between 11am and 1pm on Sunday August 25th at our private location along the banks of the Snye river in Wallaceburg (exact address will be provided to you upon confirmation of your payment + registration). Enjoy the cool surrender as Kate guides you through an intentional cold exposure experience in an outdoor, protected + private cold plunge tub (for most folks, this experience ranges between 2-5 minutes immersed in ice cold water), then warm up fireside and join us for some coffee/tea in community. 

FAQ and other important things to note:

• Please come dressed in a bathing suit (or other plunging attire that feels good to you), and bring a towel + dry clothes 
• If possible, please avoid applying oils + creams to your skin on the morning of our plunge
• Do not plunge if you are feeling unwell or have open sores
• All participants must successfully complete a health history screening + waiver in advance of plunging, as is not a safe practice for everyone to be fully submersed in cold water (when appropriate and safe, accomodations to full-body submersion are possible and supported!)
• We listen to our bodies’ cues over timers - your ego is not welcome here!
• You will be guided + supported by a trained instructor, but you hold all these tools inside you. YOU are in control at all times!
